the 0330 number from my mobile, and they did, this time, say it was an outside fault.
I booked the engineer, who turned up friday....and said it was an underground fault.
Another engineer turned up Saturday morning, came into the house, used the main
socket to check where exactly the fault was - 590 metres away, near the Russell
road exchange, underground, and off he went to sort it., Half an hour later he
was back, and the phone was working. Very pleased.
